This new book is about a generation that recognizes its civic duty to succeed.  This duty includes having the courage to take risks, the creativity to innovate and the ability to connect the present to past victories and a future that is up for grabs.

Ours is a generation that is alive during one of those unique periods in history.  This 2nd decade of the 3rd millennium represents a turning point for all of the countries of the world.  Globalization is manifesting itself in ways many leaders failed to predict.  In the past 40 years we have seen the steady growth of countries, that for centuries languished.  Now this generation will have the opportunity to decide through action, which countries will continue to lead the world.

The age of the selfish has passed.  Personal and professional development alone is a relic of the prior century.  Organizations, states and communities that will succeed tomorrow, are the ones whose individuals invest their latent energy in a new kind of development.  This is a kind of development that teaches ways to serve a greater mission, for the greater good, for the benefit of others, besides one’s self.  This kind of development is Patriotic Development®.
